How To Use:
– Blonde Icing has a variable mixing ratio from 1:1 to 1:3
– Mix 1 scoop (20 grams) of Blonde Icing Conditioning Cream Lightener with 1-3 scoops of BLONDE ICING CONDITIONING CREAM DEVELOPER
– A 1:1 ratio is ideal for freehand techniques while a 1:3 ratio is ideal for on-scalp techniques
– Process at room temperature until desired lightness is achieved for up to a maximum of 50 minutes for on-scalp applications and up to a maximum of 15 minutes for off-scalp applications
